Students Council
The system of students leadership is well accepted by the authority of Rabindra Mahavidyalaya. Students Council is the democratic forum of the students. It is run in the most democratic way. Students are to come for leadership through proper election, which is held every year. Students Council plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of the college administration through its democratic right of representation in the Governing Body of the college. There are eight departmental secretaries including the general secretary. Students Council organizes events and functions like annual cultural competition, cultural function, freshers, welcome, annual sports and athletics meet, outdoor games ( football, cricket, volleyball, badminton) and indoor games (carrom, table tennis) etc.
Students Health Home
Students can become members of the Students Health Home (SHH) by depositing the membership fee of Rs. 5/-. They can enjoy the following services at the state centre of the SHH at Kolkata.
Students Health Care Unit
A students Health Care Unit is functioning at our college premises. On every Tuesday, this Health Care Unit remains open from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. At present Dr. Badal Barman, M.B.B.S. attends of this Unit.
Photocopy Centre
Xerox facility is available in the college premises on all working days except University, H.S., M.P. Examination days.
Alumini Association
The ex-students of the college have formed an Alumni Association among themselves. This helps a lot maintain a linkage between the past and the present lot of students. A part from conducting various programmes in the college, such senior students continue to keep the relatively younger and still studying community of students informed about different job-prospects and possible ways of pursuing higher studies. This heart - to -heart exchange of views adds to the real credentials of younger students and help increase their professional values accordingly in the market.
Cycle Stand
Student are required to park their by-cycles/ cycles etc. at the specific zones used as cycles stand/ shed.
GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL
Every student and staff of the college can enjoy their democratic right regarding their attainments of needs by noting any sorts of legitimate grievance through this cell.
Multi-Gym Centre
There is a multigym centre (16-statious)in the College. Students of the college or outsiders may use the centre on paying prescribed fees.
